About Us
Emerald Legal Service is a community oriented legal service business offering temporary security services and quick professional service of legal documents for the local community and surrounding areas.  Since our inception in 2000, we have provided service for several local and out-of-state law offices, businesses, and private parties alike.  With experience in bar/restaurant, retail, physical, site, personal security, and surveillance, we can provide educated consultation and evaluation of most security and service needs.  Our services include process service, document delivery, court filing, document retrieval, and personal security/surveillance.


Michael D. Gillman is the founder and owner of Emerald Legal Service.  For several years, he served in the US Army and has been involved in different facets of law enforcement.  He has received over 3,000 hours of training in security and law enforcement including three separate academies: Military Police Academy, Cowlitz County Reserve Academy, and Clark County Reserve Academy.  Michael has over 24 years experience in security and law enforcement and continues to serve with our team of trained and experience process servers.
